So previous week I was pulled around and an officer on a motorcycle gave me a red light ticket. I keep in mind getting into the intersection and the light was yellow (this is legal in CA) and I never don't forget viewing it flip red at all even though you just want to be into the intersection prior to it turns red. There was even a vehicle to the correct of me that went by means of right after me (it was a double left flip lane). I only have a single ticket on my report which was erased because of to traffic college (I am 22 so I have been driving for above six a long time). I also have in no way been in a wreck. All you need to have to do is stay awesome and clarify the scenario specifically how you know it. Really don't get mad when the police officer testifies versus you and whatever you do, really don't inturrupt, or say "thats incorrect, that didn't happen".
I've been pulled more than for the identical issue driving my Z06 Corvette. I didn't get a lot mercy due to the fact not only did I go through a red light, I was speeding, but since I was calm in court I didn't get a very negative sentence.
