Ok Starting up out three weeks in the past I had my van broken into. All he got was my stereo head unit and my GPS. My neighbors saw him and he ran off just before he could take anything else.
The following night he arrived back and experimented with to open the door yet again. Once once again my neighbors scaried him off. I went out the following week and had alarm and a new stereo head unit put in the van. I also set up protection cameras on top of the home dealing with the van and a movement sensor on the entrance to my driveway. Two nights later on I get him on video running into my property and setting off my alarm by pulling on the doorway. He ran absent before I could get outdoors.
The following week the exact same man showed up at 10AM throughout the day with a baseball bat and walked appropriate up to the vehicle drawing back like he was going to bust out the window. My neighbor when yet again arrived out and threatened to shoot the man if he didn't depart. The police arrived out but the man was extended gone.
We know what he appears like and have a description of the auto but the license plate is in the again windshield and he requires it down when he pulls up to the home.
The police will not aid all they say is phone us if you see him in the place but the problem is he is a smash and grab kinda man. I cannot afford to preserve repairing my van and there actually is not anything in there well worth stealing now. A junk $ one hundred stereo is all.
My question is what can I do about this man? Any person have any suggestions? My neighbor suggested loading my shotgun with buckshot and taking out the guys tire when he tries to leave. Anyone occur to know if this is legal? I would loathe to go to jail for making an attempt to end this man but I am operating out of possibilities right here.
