You really don't want a title for a resume considering that everyone understands what a resume is. Even so, as a critioque, your operate encounter doesn't stand out - you record responsibilities, not responsibilities. For example, when you say "plot graveyards" - how did you plot them, what was your function - did you oversee a group of men and women plotting them, did you function alone (self-management), did you use a GIS/GPS method to do this, how much of the organizing of the project was left to you. Similarly, for the customer services component, did you have th authority to choose on answers to client troubles with out always obtaining a supervisor's approval.
