I want to operate at medium settings, max settings would be good but that'll just price much more, Im tight on the cash. This is as costly as I can get I reckon. Please help people, if this are not able to run it, can somebody lead me to a brand that CAN run it that you can buy in the AUS devoid of online rubbish? Like from a keep? thx :)

This will run it on Medium settings just good.
