i observed it and thought it convincing since of the limbs. then i saw a pic of a bear with mange and they looked very similar. a bear with no hair undoubtedly seems a good deal distinct than one particular with hair. so i remain skeptical. i typed in the guy's title, hunter, penn. and got a good deal of hyperlinks. desire that helps.
