I'm looking for a movement sensor like the ones located in large tech safety cameras. I want it to be in a position to feeling when somebody is moving, and then be ready to stick to the moving particular person/object, like when a safety digital camera 'locks on' to a relocating man or woman and the digital camera pans to follow the topic.
