I have retailer which has four safety digital camera and i want to use DVR to report my 4 cameras. Also i want to be capable to transfer my some recording to DVD or to my Computer.

Almost certainly a Personal computer with a mutlituner card and a huge hardrive. Than you could of course archive the video clip onto a DVD. Well worth looking into but you will want some power to file four feeds at when.
