Sorry I can not be a lot more distinct, but if I realized what it was called I wouldn't have to request. Here's a picture.

From what I can tell, there's two camera's, a PIR movement detector, a speaker?, and probably a microphone? They two circles at the bottom look like ultrasonic sensors, but I do not see why they would be required, there's some LED's (probably IR) so it could be night time vision, but if so they're organized oddly, usually they're all around the digital camera lens.
In addition, it seems to be ready to to rotate and glimpse up and down, but I've never ever observed it do so.
I'm not confident why it would want stereoscopic camera's, except if it was for some kind of facial recognition application. From what I realize facial recognition (in uncontrolled circumstances ie. not sitting in front of the digital camera) is not commercially viable yet - have you ever before observed something like it?
Edit: it just appears like huge overkill to me. The peculiar thing is I'm pretty sure that it is not facial recognition, cause that would be an ethical concern if they didn't inform us about it, but that nevertheless leaves the question, what the hell are the stereoscopic camera's for? - I can't see why 3D security footage would do nearly anything other than develop far more storage specifications.
