How to catch a thief in the store? What is the best way to set some kind of a trap in a right time?

I've been loosing cash for my store every day I count. I strongly considered that an individual has been stealing from my keep. I just am questioning what would be the best way to set a trap? and when? I suspect a single of my workers that I just hired simply because prior to she functions, I did not have this problem. So, it is evident to me. But, I would like to evidence it that it is her. Can you men feel of a thing? thanks~! Btw, it is very regrettable that the funds boxes are in the blind spot of a safety digital camera, so I wont be able to see who is there. Make sure you I will need suggestions! thank you.

include yet another digital camera,or just count all the funds in the box with a witness current and then wait for her to move,or just fire her
