This girl doesn't seem to be like the form of lady either of you would want to be involved with. If she's so ready to dump your best buddy for you, who's to say she will not dump you for a person else later on on?
Whether or not you want to notify your pal about this is up to you, but I would not advocate taking her supply or finding concerned with her at all. It'll just lead to a lot more difficulties down the road, and your good friend possibly would not value it, either.
