I place a surveillance digital camera up and desired to report the feed on my pc. I don't really want to get a 24hr lapse vcr or a stand on your own dvr (expensive). Does anyone have any suggestions on what capture unit and program would be good for this career. I will get a greater harddrive simply because I want to seize at minimum 3 days worthy of almost certainly breaken down into 8hr blocks. I attempted capturing with my dazzle to windows movie maker simply because I had it useful, but soon after capturing it needs also an huge sum of time to encode.

to do all this, you'll want a capturing device. then you can hook anything up to your computer and report. walmart has the externals which are greater than the pci ones.
