i am hunting to set up a motion senser light(and digital camera) that will flip on to movement and then stick to the object that is relocating like a person or a dog.

I'll just comment on the Passive Infra-Red (PIR) "motion sensor".

Typically discovered on motion sensing lights, for the residence and used to turn on lights and other things these as cameras, etc, the PIR sensor detects movement of a "warmth source". The heat resource should be 10°F previously mentioned the environment (setting = air temperature). In other words, the object being sensed ought to not only move, but also be distinguishable by being 10°F over surrounding air temperature.
