Q&A: What is that camera for in the back of shipment trucks?

Query by Don Q: What is that camera for in the back again of shipment trucks?
At most businesses like Target,Kmart and Walmart, when the trucks are completed being unloaded there is a small camera up at the leading.

Ive been told its just a movement sensor for the driver to seee that the door isnt open and all the frieght is gone,or that anything is in tact. Does it really record individuals in the truck, performing their work?

Ive often wondered this lol
Thanks
