There are little camera like issues previously mentioned traffic lights in the city that I live in. Somebody advised me that they are just movement sensors, what is the function of these cameras? Do they just keep track of site visitors? Can they give tickets if somebody runs a red light or speeds for example?

Yea when i seen them, I was quite curious too. They are there to keep track of visitors and give out tickets if somebody violates the law. some ofthem could be motion sensors while some are cameras.
