Need advice about a neighbor that is upset with me, because I built a shed. It is on my property but she is up?

Query by ozzie s: Need assistance about a neighbor that is upset with me, simply because I created a shed. It is on my house but she is up?
Any advice will be helpful stay in a subdivision and have 1 acre. So I out up a garden shed and right after I place it up I found out the neighbor is mad about where I put it. I checked with the association and all is well, about the type and dimensions. I have all around $ one thousand.00 in it so it is a great shed. Now the neighbor will not even talk to me They have an above ground pool and drain it onto my property flooding the shed location and about my deck and garden. When I talked to them about it he a lot more or a lot less advised me he can not do nearly anything about it simply because I have a reduced region in my garden. I know that it is illegal to do this, I imply he can drain it onto the Ground but can't flood someone else's property. But he continues to do it. Now he will vacuum the pool and use a quick hose and directs the water my way. He has a natural ditch in the back of their ward but refuses to use it. They also have pals who are cops so every time we leave the residence we are currently being followed. Also we have only lived here for 4 yrs. so I am at the bottom of the great-ol-boy program. We Had this residence constructed for our retirement and invested the money we saved for the property and property. I do not want to move but consider the scenario is only going to get worse. Any assistance will be helpful. I do not want to get my lawyer concerned I consider that will only include to the difficulty. I do not want to be retired and fighting with a neighbor. This is our dream home Help My spouse is partly disabled and enjoys to set in the lawn and watch the birds rabbits and squirrels so they had security cameras place on their house and view our every single move. All of this for a $ one thousand.00 shed. They also had their whole lot surveyed and tell me not to get in their lawn whilst mowing my individual lawn. I can't get in touch with the police, as they are all friends and it does no good.

It sounds like the difficulty may possibly be on the two sides of the fence. You sound extremely paranoid. Each single time I heard a person complaining about how their neighbors were often viewing them it turned out the people complaining were the ridiculous ones.

If you believe that that you are being followed and that the security cameras have been put up to watch you then you sound like you have a bit of paranoia.

As for this predicament, report the guy to the home proprietors association for draining the drinking water. Get a camera and document it whenever he does. Maintain a log. Create down when and how extended the man drained the h2o and how long the drinking water stood on your house. Consider photographs of the draining or film it if you can. Report all of this to the homeowner's association. They are bound to have a grievances division. If they can't do anything for you then talk to a lawyer about your legal possibilities. If that leads to nothing then talk to a realtor about moving. You will not be pleased there. It will escalate.
