It has 4 dome color cameras, 19in LCD Monitor, and an 8 channel 200GB HDD DVR.

I would venture between $ 500 and $ 800. Probably more near the $ 800 since you have the LCD with it. That 200 GB system can record up to 2 weeks I believe. If you have the model number of the one you are looking at, put it into an internet search and see if it comes up with anything. Check Amazon as well. Systems there without the LCD are going for $ 400 plus.
