Wireless DVR security? Can someone PLEASE help me?

My wife manages 2 little buildings about a hundred feet from 1 yet another.
We need to go to China for a loved ones emergency for a month.
One constructing has world wide web the other dosent.

Is there a low-cost DVR that can multiplex two cameras (one at every single building)? And, that will report on movement detection?
And be viewable from the world wide web?

And is there a wireless camera that will conform to that DVR's command to report on movement, and have the range to reach it?

(I was pondering of an RCA [a/v]wireless transmitter for the remote camera...Poor reception?)

Need low-cost basic and fast. I'm no IT man.
