I was looking for a wireless safety camera, low cost however, so that i could attach it to my R/C tank (remote controlled tank with an airsoft cannon, that i upgraded to 800 psi on average) so i have a security technique. So i located a USB webcam for $ 39.99. I was questioning if i could attach it to the tank then make it wireless. Or do they make wireless webcams? thank you.

Sure, but not with a USB digital camera, at minimum that you'd like to do.
What you will want to get is a wireless video digital camera kit, which will come with a receiver, which you then use with a USB capture card, if you want to see it on your Personal computer, or a video clip check. The camera with them is quite small and lightweight, and can run from a 9v cell, or most likely your RC receiver battery.
