They charged my mom with tampering of utilities, stealing ability, and currently being a neighborhood nuisence. Two felonies and a single a mistermeanor. She has in no way been in problems.

Everytime the cops showed up, which was day-to-day, they sent a letter and a notification to the owner's home due to the fact they could not get ahold of him in person or on the phone. The cops informed me taht they ahd tried going to his property in man or woman many occasions, but he has a whole lot of canines, and a mansion that is controlled by protection cameras, and a security voice box that no 1 would solution when they showed.

We attempted showing up, but which is just what happened.

We weren't mindful of this at the time, but aparently, in accordance to the police report they put with each other for my mom's case, they did contact the owner by telephone and he mentioned, "I never ever rented that place out to anyone! It is not in secure condition and they are not allowed to be there. They are squatters and I need them out."

The cops advised him to legally evict us and he explained he had filed paperwork with the courts in June. Which is a lie and there is no paperwork.

So, that led up to the warrant they brough with code enforcement and that was they day they arrested my mom for all of this bs. On arresting her, they red tagged the residence and said it was hazardous. They informed us the operator was to lock it up that night and demolish it before 2010 due to the fact it was so outdated and dangerous.
We had anything in boxes due to the fact we were supposed to transfer into our new spot the subsequent early morning. They told us we had been not allowed into the home except if the owner was present.

By this time, I had my individual apartment (I am 20 and moved out). It was a 1 bedroom SUPER small.

They have owend 50+ businesses in the final five decades. Every single organization has been sued, taken to court, and many others... and then disappeared.
They alter their names slightly to prevent legal action.

It seems also that when they know they are heading to get sued or in problems, they transfer every little thing they have into someone else's name int he family, so that they don't have anything to get sued for.
Also, they are Russian. Every time they are about to get in difficulty, they prevent acquiring served by going back to Russia for a few months and then transfer to a different town near by and begin all over.
The owner is SUPER abundant and they don't program on stopping.
