what flash would you recommend?

i am pondering about purchasing a flash and a wireless receiver and was asking yourself what NIKON off digital camera flash would you suggest for taking these kinds of out of doors and indoor photographs?

Appear at either the SB400 or conserve a couple of much more pennies and get the SB600 The SB600
