PLEASE HELP! LOOONG STORY! Can I get this person arrested..?

They failed to repair numerious illegal things incorrect with the residence and we have the emails from them and to them about all of this. They told us they have been not obligated to fix anything and that they would not. After that, the proprietor and the business went MIA. The spot we were to drop the rent off was closed and taped off and no one was there. Their numbers, e-mail addresses, and any names seemed to just dissapear. The neighbors arrived above all the time asking who we signed the lease with simply because they had been attempting to attain the proprietor for years concerning illegal points about the property and falling trees, but couldn't make contact with him. In accordance to the neighbors, the metropolis has tried to make contact with him also a lot of occasions.

We ended up packing up to transfer, but it took over a month to preserve up devoid of our deposit. We started finding everyday visits from the police division and code enforcement proclaiming we ended up operating a chop store, had daily garage product sales, and had parties nightly. We weren't mindful of this at the time, but aparently, in accordance to the police report they put with each other for my mom's case, they did contact the owner by telephone and he mentioned, "I never ever rented that place out to anyone! It is not in secure condition and they are not allowed to be there. They are squatters and I need them out."

The cops advised him to legally evict us and he explained he had filed paperwork with the courts in June. Which is a lie and there is no paperwork.

So, that led up to the warrant they brough with code enforcement and that was they day they arrested my mom for all of this bs. On arresting her, they red tagged the residence and said it was hazardous. They informed us the operator was to lock it up that night and demolish it before 2010 due to the fact it was so outdated and dangerous.
We had anything in boxes due to the fact we were supposed to transfer into our new spot the subsequent early morning. They told us we had been not allowed into the home except if the owner was present.

By this time, I had my individual apartment (I am 20 and moved out). It was a 1 bedroom SUPER small.

So it was only my 14 yr old sister and my mom residing there.

They took my mother to jail and I took my sister. They told me to call the landlord to get my mom's points.

I informed him he could not do that except if he gave us a possibility to get it out and he advised me that would not occur.

I known as code enforcement and tey referred to as him. He calledm e and scheduled an appointment for the up coming early morning at eight and mentioned that would be my only opportunity. I took a couple of hours off of function and went. He arrived in the hosue at 9 and told me time was up.

Whilst my mom was in jail, my sister's college found out the predicament and dropped her. I had to move out of my apartment and we found a two bedroom home for low-cost. But its far from my work and it's difficult on me to keep up a house. I am the only scource of cash flow n

They have owend 50+ businesses in the final five decades. Every single organization has been sued, taken to court, and many others... and then disappeared.
They alter their names slightly to prevent legal action.

It seems also that when they know they are heading to get sued or in problems, they transfer every little thing they have into someone else's name int he family, so that they don't have anything to get sued for.
Also, they are Russian. Every time they are about to get in difficulty, they prevent acquiring served by going back to Russia for a few months and then transfer to a different town near by and begin all over.
The owner is SUPER abundant and they don't program on stopping.
I want to be compensated for Every thing my loved ones misplaced from outfits to a house. I also want this family off the street.

I cannot look to find a lawyer at all! I believed that would be sort of straightforward considering the case, but no a single is interested.

Is there anyway I can get him arrested and get compensated??? ANy advice at all!?

Also, sure.. we have a very sound circumstance, but can not locate a lawyer. Without having a lawyer, we will only be capable to get less than five,000.00 from him and he will be able to keep on carrying out this. Is there Something!? Anybody!? This is absolutley ridiculous that he has been able to get away with this for so a lot of a long time.
